Meyvo is an online store offering a carefully curated selection of products, with the ability to order where checkout is available. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Meyvo. By using the store, you agree to these Terms.
Meyvo offers a carefully curated selection of products. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and delivery estimates may occasionally change, and we make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and up to date.
If an item is unavailable, you will not be charged for it. In the rare event that an issue arises after a purchase, we will contact you with suitable options in line with our Refund Policy.
To deliver your order, Meyvo may work with fulfilment and logistics partners where required.
Where checkout is available, prices, shipping estimates, and product details are shown at the time of purchase and may change without notice before an order is placed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs — and will not charge you, or will refund you, for any order we cannot fulfil. The Meyvo name, logo, site design, and original content are the property of Meyvo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Meyvo’s branding or content without permission.
Meyvo does not require you to create an account to browse or, where available, to check out as a guest. If account features are offered, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.
Meyvo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meyvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or the products you purchase through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of Meyvo after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
