Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Meyvo handles information when you use our platform. We collect as little as possible and never sell your personal information.
1. About Meyvo
Meyvo is an online store offering a carefully curated selection of products. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you browse Meyvo, place an order, or contact us, and the choices you have.
By using Meyvo, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Information we collect
We keep the information we collect to what the platform actually needs:
- Information you provide. When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address so we can process and deliver it and send order-related emails. When you contact support, we collect your message and the email address you use.
- Limited technical information. Meyvo may process limited technical information such as browser information, device information, page interactions, and usage analytics to improve platform performance and user experience.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with the provider and are not stored on Meyvoโs servers (see Payments).
We do not build a customer profile from your IP address, we do not store your payment card numbers, and we do not ask for personal identifiers we do not need.
3. How we use information
- Process, fulfil, and deliver your orders and send order updates.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Operate, secure, and improve the platform.
- Use anonymous, aggregated information to improve our website and customer experience.
- Meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations.
4. Products and service providers
Meyvo offers a carefully curated selection of products. We use anonymous, aggregated information to improve our website and customer experience โ never personally identifiable profiles. To provide and deliver products, we work with the service providers described under Data sharing.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe), which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your card details are collected directly by the processor through its secure fields; Meyvo never receives or stores your full card number, security code, or expiry date. We retain only order records and an opaque payment reference needed to confirm and, where applicable, refund a purchase.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Meyvo storefront does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. To make the site work, we store a small amount of information in your browserโs local storage โ your shopping cart, saved items, and display (theme) preference.
For privacy-safe, aggregate usage analytics we generate a random identifier that is stored in your browser and hashed irreversibly on our servers. It is not linked to your name or email, contains no personal identifiers, and resets whenever you clear your browser data. We do not use device fingerprinting, third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics, or advertising pixels such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel.
7. Advertising platforms
Meyvo may promote products through third-party advertising and social media platforms. When you reach Meyvo from a campaign link, we record only a short, non-personal campaign source label (for example, a utm_source value) for internal attribution โ never your identity. Meyvo does not currently embed third-party advertising or social tracking pixels on the storefront. If we introduce such technologies, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent first.
8. Data sharing
We share information only as needed to operate Meyvo:
- Payment processing โ with our payment processor to take and refund payments.
- Order fulfilment โ the fulfilment or logistics partner that ships your item receives the details needed to deliver it; they do not receive your payment information.
- Email delivery โ our email provider sends order and support messages.
- Hosting and infrastructure โ our cloud hosting and storage providers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
9. Data security
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption of sensitive secrets at rest, access controls, and administrator authentication. Card data is isolated at our PCI-compliant payment processor and never stored by Meyvo. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we hold to what we need.
10. User rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information associated with your orders by reaching us through the contact us. We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can reset your anonymous analytics identifier at any time by clearing your browser data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honour valid requests as required by applicable law.
11. Third-party links
Meyvo may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. When you leave Meyvo, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
12. Children's privacy
Meyvo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
13. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where changes are material, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of Meyvo after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
14. Contact information
