Returns

Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing their original packaging may not be eligible.

To start a return, contact us with your order reference and the reason for the return. Our support team will confirm eligibility and share the next steps before you send anything back.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed; how long the funds take to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Full refund terms are in our Refund Policy.
